Educational toys need a clear policy, especially regarding hygiene and parts.

Our Promise: At Prasenz+ Made to be remembere, we want your little learners to be happy. If you aren't satisfied, we are here to help.

• Return Window: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Eligibility: To be eligible, the toy must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so we can make it right.

• Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

• Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
